About My interest in photography started in highschool, where i shot concerts and events for my town's paper. Since then i have expanded to shooting portraiture, focusing mainly on editorial and fine art work.
My work centers on the idea of beauty in reality, with the focus of every portrait i make being who someone is, without any filters. I enjoy finding the line between my perception of a person and their own, all the while meliding this with my own creative tastes and concepts. I work almost exclusively with people. My portraiture is about telling stories with limited tools- just me, the sitter and the light.
I strive to gain access to the nuances that lie dormant in every person.
I am currently pursuing my bachelor's at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco.
